Dear Ballroom Enthusiast,

Your opinions are important to us! Would you do us the favor of completing a short survey on your experience at the 2011 Desert Classic? It will only take a few minutes to answer the questions. Your feedback will help us to improve our participant's experience in the future.

Only the first two questions are required, others are optional but we very much hope for your honest feedback. Comments are optional and could take up a little more of your time. You may air your grievances (#13) or provide a testimonial (#12) if you wish.
