Near the end of the Legislative session, we secured funding to maintain the State SBHC Grant at the current level. However, during the session we encountered specific questions about the details of SBHC billing and an unexpected outcome with cuts to the Safety-Net Grants.

Since then, Senator Bates has asked DMAP for Medicaid billing data for SBHCs. To fulfill this request, OPCA and OSBHCN would like to coordinate a response to assure that accurate data is correlated and that it is presented in the appropriate context.

In order to do this, we are collecting information that will help us paint an over-all revenue picture. DMAP is aware this request is in process.

Please take the time to complete the attached survey by August 10, 2011 at 5pm. We will work together to review and compile the data, assuring it is an accurate reflection of SBHC services.
