Thank you for your interest in the gluten free food safety survey! This survey takes about 20 minutes to finish. Cynthia Kupper, RD, executive director at the Gluten Intolerance Group, along with Stefano Guandalini, MD, from the University of Chicago, have undertaken a research project investigating consumer perception of gluten free food safety. Your participation in completing this survey for our research study will help us understand perceptions and shopping habits of individuals with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. You will be asked questions regarding your demographics (e.g., age, gender, diagnosis, and socio-economic information); and your opinions on topics related to purchasing foods, dining out and gluten-free labeling. You will receive no direct benefit from participating in this study. Approximately 5,000 people will participate in this study.
