Presentations and speakers selected will be notified by December 10, 2011. Speakers will be sent a confirmation letter and additional forms to complete. These additional forms will be due to the Management Office by December 31, 2011. Presentations must be submitted to the Management Office by May 1, 2012.
Image 2012 is a green conference and therefore no handouts or reproductions of presentations will be made for the conference. Attendees will be able to access your presentation through a secure website prior to the conference.
