Portions of the new health care law are now in effect, including coverage for dependents until the age of 26. Do you support this provision? 

Under the new health care law, 80% of premium dollars for individual health insurance policies must be used for health related claims, with the remaining 20% being used for premium tax, administration, agent compensation and profit.

Do you feel it is necessary to have an agent act on your behalf?  

Under the new health care law, states will be required to establish exchanges where consumers can shop for and compare policies online. Do you feel it will still be important to have agents assist in determining which plans fit a consumer's needs?

Given the current state of partisanship in Washington DC, do you feel confident that Congress will be able to address the needs of the American people and the US economy in 2012?
