As the 2012 Kansas Legislative Session approaches, some lawmakers have expressed interest in making changes to current Kansas tax policy, including eliminating or reducing personal and/or corporate state income taxes. It is expected there will also be discussions about the impact of such a policy change upon state revenues, property taxes, sales taxes, potential new taxes, and the potential elimination of sales tax exemptions.
