This Leadership Evaluation Form is to be filled out confidentially by someone who has given leadership (ie. pastor, mentor, employer) to the individual applying for student or staff position within CRI.  Your honest evaluation is needed in order to place the right people in the places that best suit them.

The applicant must be able to accommodate himself/herself readily to unaccustomed living conditions and new social situations. Adjustment may have to be made as to diet, social customs, climate changes, and stress.  Keep in mind the challenge of the unusual demands that intense training, living in close community, crisis and disaster response, theaters of war and terrorism bring.
