It should take less than 10 minutes of your time to answer and will provide very valuable information to us to better serve you and the business community in the Twin Cities.

The survey is divided in 3 sections:

- Section A is asks about you and your business profile.

- Section B questions relates to your current use and perception of the FACC services.

- Section C asks for your input about what we should prioritize in order to better serve our members and community
