I confirm that I understand the CAP registration, attendance, and dress code requirements.  I am aware that attendance to all out-of-class events (Group Mock Interviews, the CAP Conference, and Speed Networking Reception) is required, in addition to the in-class submission of my resume and completion of an online exit survey.  Furthermore, as a participant of CAP, I will adhere to the professional dress requirements and will be fully engaged in all components of the program.  I understand that as a participant, I am representing not only myself, but also the College of Business, and I will conduct myself as a professional at all times.  To earn credit for CAP and receive my Certificate of Professional Development, all componets must be completed.
