Anne's Spa website and in Ste. Anne's Spa E-Newsletters. You are required to provide a photograph of yourself, a written comment on your favourite charity and a comment regarding your thoughts on winning the Ste. Anne's Customer Appreciation Contest. Your charity selection must be a registered charity. Ste. Anne's Spa will contact the charity and make all arrangements for delivery of the donation. Your mid-week overnight stay must be booked within 6 months from the date of issue and is subject to certain blackout periods.
