Advocacy Commitment
As an advocate for the Down syndrome community participating in the Day on the Hill on July 19th sponsored by the National Down Syndrome Congress, I agree to the following: 

I will attend the advocacy training the evening of July 18 in Washington, DC.
I will attend all advocacy meetings with Congressional leaders scheduled on my behalf on July 19th in Washington, DC.
I will serve as an ambassador of the NDSC with integrity while participating in the 2012 Day on the Hill.
I will focus only on those advocacy requests outlined by the National Down Syndrome Congress.
