Please fill out this online application to be considered for a paid internship opportunity this summer. Eligible applicants will be invited to an interview with WorkPlace staff where all copies of required documents will be collected. All required documents must be presented at time of eligibility appointment (See Eligibility list on next page). Applications will not be available or accepted at YouthWorks or The WorkPlace. To be eligible for the program you must: 1) be between 14 & 21 years old as of July 1, 2012; and 2) be a resident of our 20 towns; (See 20 Towns list on next page) and 3) be a U.S. citizen or a non-citizen authorized to work in the United States; and 4) be either in school at the time you apply and be eligible for free or reduced lunch or if not in school be a member of a family receiving: a) TANF, including foodstamps or b) be a foster child with a DCF worker or c) you must meet the household income eligibility guidelines.
