Do you find yourself wondering about plastics? You’re not alone. Everyone seems to be talking about plastics right now. And we’re interested in learning more about what questions or concerns you have.

This is not a survey about Eureka Recycling’s decision to collect more types of plastics. We are currently in the process of making the decision about collecting more plastics for recycling and will share that decision widely once it’s made. In the meantime, the information you provide in this questionnaire will help us determine the kind of information people want and need about plastics, besides collection.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions with us. This questionnaire contains 16 questions and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
