International Lavender Conference
RequiredRequired Question(s)

The Sequim International Lavender Conference is only three weeks away! We're busy getting ready for your arrival, and we need a bit of help.

To confirm the information for your name badge, and to make sure we give the caterer an accurate meal count, we are requesting that you complete this form as soon as possible.

At the time you registered, you may have included one or more additional people on your registration. Unfortunately the registration process did not gather this information for these additional people. If you included one or more additional people on your registration (spouse, another association member, friend, etc.), please forward this link to each of them for completion. We ask that all information be returned to us as quickly as possible, preferably no later than Monday, April 9. Thank you for your help. We look forward to seeing you soon!
