Many people, when they hear the name “The California Wellness Foundation,” may think that we predominantly fund in areas that are more traditionally associated with “wellness” (for example, nutrition, fitness, healthy living and mind-body-spirit). While the Foundation has funded in these areas in the past, they are not top priorities in our current grantmaking program.  Moving forward, and given other foundations' priorities, should TCWF prioritize funding wellness programs?
