Dear City of Mentor Resident,

The following survey has been developed to help the city better understand how our residents are interacting with the resident population of white-tailed deer; as well as highlight areas of citizen concern regarding the issue. The series of questions will take just a few minutes to complete. All residents completing the survey will be entered in a drawing for a City of Mentor Parks and Recreation family pack.
