	Thanks for joining us as a Sing Up Member and for feeding back to us on your experience. Over the past few months you've been saying that you'd like more choice and flexibility in your package. Great news - that's exactly what we're doing! Until 19 October 2012, you can choose to swap one of the training places purchased as part of your School/Organisation Membership for 20 download credits.

In order to make the swap, we'll need the following information from you.

Until mid-October you can choose to substitute one of the training places purchased as part of your membership package with 20 download credits. To do just that please carefully read the following page and then fill in all your personal details so that we can identify you and make the substitution.

Please read the terms below and then select 'Yes' to confirm your request to swap one training place for 20 download credits. Credits will be applied to your account within five working days of us receiving your completed form.

No thanks, I don't want to swap at the moment. To confirm if you don't swap, your package will stay the same with 2 training places and 0 download credits.

By submitting your details, you are requesting that we swap one of the training places allocated to you with your School/Organisation Membership for 20 download credits. Only one training place/credit swap may be made per School/Organisation Membership. Once the substitution has been made and the 20 download credits have been allocated to your account, the swap cannot be reversed. This offer is only available until Friday, 19 October 2012 to those who purchased membership before Saturday, 1 September 2012.
