This survey is intended for transplant recipients and their sexual relationship partners.  If you are not either a transplant recipient or the sexual partner of one, this survey is NOT intended for you.

TRIO and transplant patients and their partners everywhere thank you for taking the time to complete this brief survey. We value your feedback.  It will be helpful for transplant recipients and their partners who follow in your transplant experience life path.

Why are we doing this?

At TRIO's upcoming Leadership Summit, there will be a workshop and panel of organ transplant recipients and their sexual partners discussing the very important but seldom openly discussed topic of "intimacy after organ transplant."  As a discussion starter, we are collecting input from a larger audience sample to make it easier for that panel to openly share and discuss their own post transplant sexual intimacy experiences.

What to expect
You (and your sexual partner) are invited to be  a part of that preliminary feedback on this topic.  There are no sexually explicit questions in this short survey, only some basic general ones to help others by sharing your own experience as a transplant recipient or a partner to one.  It should take less than 5 minutes to complete, depending on how much open comment you choose to contribute.

This survey is totally anonymous - no identifying information is requested.
