The Handmade Tile Association has been creating regular meetings for the past 13 years. The meetings have been essential to get feedback from members for planning purposes. We also try to make them educational with interesting topics and locations.  Lots of the attendees have said they love the meeting and learn a lot when they attend but in the past 3 years attendance has dropped off by up to 50 - 75%.  In previous years we typically got 15 - 25 people to attend, this past two years we have been around 3 to 12 attending with most meeting around 5 people. We need to know what would make you attend a meeting or if we should end meetings all together.

The Minnesota Tile Festival is entering its 12th year. The original concepts and goals of the tile festival have been met. It is time to reevaluate and refresh the event OR move on to a new type of concept. The next series of questions are a start of that discussion to see what the members value the most, what you want to see happen and help the board decide where and what to start planning for. The topics and questions are for discussion and planning purposes and getting membership input and that nothing has been decided.
