The Platform to Employment (P2E) Program is designed to reconnect the long-term unemployed with the workforce.   P2E offers a variety of support services and access to career-related tools, seminars, mental health services, financial counseling and resources to strengthen skills in order to secure employment. Through the generous support of  the AARP Foundation, Citi Community Development and the Walmart Foundation, P2E will launch sites in 10 U.S. cities beginning with Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas and San Diego.
