Following is a list of services a listing agent might do for his or her seller clients. Please check the services you typically provide to your sellers (check all that apply).
Preview the current competition for your listing before recommending a price
Let the seller know when their property is officially on the market
Send the MLS listing to the seller and ask for feedback
Offer to do an open house
Provide home brochures and exterior brochure box
Pursue and deliver feedback after showings
Preview new competing listings that come on the market and share feedback with the seller
Update your seller as competing listings go under contract, reduce their price or are withdrawn

 Not at all important - only really fussy sellers would notice if it wasn't done  Might matter to some sellers, but it's not the end of the world if it's not done  Extremely important - can't imagine not doing it!
