This survey is being
conducted because the Department of Immigration and Border Protection
(DIBP) failed to include the Office of the MARA (OMARA) in their scope
when appointing ORIMA Research to conduct the Department's Client Satisfaction Survey.
that the OMARA are part of the DIBP we believe that the OMARA should have been included in the survey by
Orima Research. To our knowledge, the OMARA has never been the subject of an external review of 'Service Satisfaction' by RMAs or the public since it's inception.
Migration Alliance is now conducting a parallel 'Client
Satisfaction Survey' of the OMARA.
Your responses will be treated as
CONFIDENTIAL and will only be seen by the Management Committee of Migration Alliance. The
responses will be presented in a way that will make
identification of individuals impossible.
