This program has improved my understanding of data sharing opportunities and reporting needs within our Regional Health Partnership. 

I now have a better understanding of the Learning Collaborative Cohort Work Groups and their purpose. 

I plan to use ideas developed in the cohorts within my facility if possible. 

The data sharing activity and presentations helped me identify new data sharing methods. 

The "Raise the Floor" initiatives will help me meet my Learning Collaborative milestones and contribute to improving my DSRIP Project outcomes.. 

The event met my expectations and learning needs. 

The event allowed me to increase my connections with peers. 

The event provided me with new ideas and resources.
