Village Of Bloomingdale Cross-Connection Survey
Progress:

Thank you for participating in the Village of Bloomingdale's Cross-Connection Survey.

To protect the integrity of the Village's drinking water system, the Illinois EPA requires the Village to survey water customers as part of a Cross-Connection Control Program. A cross-connection is any physical connection that allows a potable or safe water source (such as the Village drinking water system) and a non-potable or contaminated water source the ability to come into contact with one another.  A cross-connection between potable and non-potable water sources could contaminate a plumbing system.  Examples of potential cross connection sources include: water from a private source such as a well, water of unknown or questionable safety, steam, gas or chemical systems, or any connection whereby the source could flow from one system to the other.
