 Strength and Tone: This semester-long class offered in partnership with Recreation and Intramural Services will help you to tone your body from head to toe. Group classes will consist of weight lifting exercises using equipment and your own body weight as resistance.

High Intensity Interval Training: This semester-long class offered in partnership with Recreation and Intramural Services will help to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Group classes will consist of high-intensity intervals combining strength, cardio and core.

Body Blast: This semester-long class offered in partnership with Recreation and Intramural Services will help to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Group classes will consist of energetic workouts including strength, cardio and core in one workout.
