Do you have a mass-market retailer customer/s that would be ideal for us to partner with on promoting a dinner on your farm to their customers (consumers)?
Do you have wholesale customers that would possibly sponsor an American Grown Field to Vase Dinner on your farm?
Can you provide the Certified American Grown branded bouquets need to give to our 100-150 dinner guests at the end of the night?
Can you provide 3-5 volunteers that would be dedicated to work directly with our Event Coordinator leading up to and at the event? These would be volunteers exclusive to the Event Coordinator's use and beyond your farms need for support for preparing for the event. This could be friends, family, staff, etc.
Do you have a tribe or network of people that would support an American Grown Field to Vase dinner on your farm?
Do you have a shelter, barn or greenhouse that could be used in the event of poor weather, i.e. rain, heat, etc.?
Do you have restroom facilities for 100-150 person dinner?
Are there elected officials, local, state, federal, that you feel would benefit from attending an American Grown Flowers event on your farm?
Are you a part of any community organizations (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Bureau, Rotary, Kiwanis, Farmers' Market, etc.) that you believe would be a network for us to notify regarding this dinner coming to your farm?
What is the most ideal time of year for a Field to Vase Dinner to be held on your farm?
