General Nominee Requirements
General Nominee Requirements: All nominees, except for certain categories, must have been an individual member of NYSVARA or belong to a member organization in good standing at the time of the act. All nominees must have performed the act within the award period of July 1st, 2016 - June 30th, 2017 and the application must be submitted to the NYSVARA Special Awards Committee during the application period, which ends on JULY 30, 2017.

Thank you for your interest in nominating an individual or agency for recognition at the 2017 Pulse Check Conference. These awards celebrate outstanding contributions by volunteer EMS professionals and others who support volunteer EMS through education, clinical guidance, and other activities.
