Our leaders are professionally prepared to contribute to and diversify businesses, boards, commissions, and to be engaged politically and civically. Since inception in 2007, ULFC has successfully graduated over 300 leaders, provided more than $100,000 in scholarships for program fellows, completed 32 community service projects, and cultivated elected officials, CEO's, entrepreneurs, philanthropic giving organizations, board members, and much more.  We strive to prepare the next generation of leaders today as well as create a pipeline of talented leaders ready to serve, promote, affect change, and work to ensure Colorado's leaders reflect their diverse communities.
