PROCESS:  The Board Pipeline has several components:
1) Applications are requested for potential board candidates and from nonprofits in need of new board members
2) Separate trainings are provided for board candidates and executive directors of nonprofits
3) A networking event will be scheduled for board candidates and nonprofit executive directors to facilitate relationships and for both parties to determine if they want to explore board participation.

We recommend that candidates perform their own due diligence on the suitability of joining the board and take full responsibility of their actions thereof. Nonprofit PGC is not an agent of the nonprofits, but is supporting pro bono delivery of professional services to an improvement in the organizational capacity of local nonprofits.
