Module 3 Step 2 - Menopause at Work

"You don't know what you don't know!" This is a well known phrase that can be applied right across the board when looking at all genders of employees in the 45 - 55 age group. Thinking about what you have learned already and your answers to Questions 2 to 8, please write down your thoughts; what you are thinking and feeling at the moment. These thoughts can be quite random, it's not a test! It's about thinking how you will apply this information, based on your new knowledge AND the potential challenges you may face; it's also good to know about where you feel the whole situation is now being addressed and if so, is it working? Writing down thoughts at this stage really helps your perspective
