If you are a northwest Ohio or southeast Michigan nonprofit and would like to participate in our local #GivingTuesdayNWO campaign, please complete the following brief form (the form should take less than 5 minutes to complete). Organizations meeting the requirements will be featured on Toledo Community Foundation's website as well as in other forms of media encouraging giving on November 28, 2017.
