All selected presenters will be notified via email by mid January and will be required to register for the conference to confirm their selection.

Logistics: Presenters are responsible for providing any materials necessary for the session, including copies of handouts, a projector, a laptop computer, speakers, etc. Be sure you have indicated above if you need access to a screen for projection and/or Internet access in your assigned presentation room. Given the costs of providing these resources, please do not request them unless they are necessary for your session.
 
Lodging: Overnight lodging is available at the Westin Tyson's Corner, VA.  The hotel is holding a block of rooms for MSCSS participants at a discounted rate until January 20, 2018.
