Creation Spirituality Communities is offering seven Work-Trade positions for the Sacred Earth, Sacred Work gathering in Asheville, North Carolina. Each of these positions includes responsibility for an essential part of the creation of this event. Work-Trade participants will be included in the event leadership and receive a $125 discount from the conference registration fee.

What is your first choice for a Work-Trade Position? 

1. Sponsor Recruitment: Invite practitioners, organizations, artists, musicians, counselors and others to become sponsors of the event. Sponsors' ads will be placed online, on our FaceBook page and prominently at the gathering itself.
2. Volunteer Coordinator: Invite participants to take turns volunteering for tasks at the event, then managing their participation at the gathering.
3. Main Registration: Manage the registration table and the flow of participants attending the gathering. Become familiar enough with the event to answer questions and give directions. Work with volunteer coordinator to create a team to help you.
4.Ticketing: Oversee the collecting of tickets and selling of tickets onsite for the Thursday concert, the two keynotes, and the Cosmic Mass. Work with the volunteer coordinator to create a team to help you.
5. Visuals and Video Curator: Invite the CS Community to submit original videos of sacred work or sacred Earth and work with the onsite technician to set up a display system. Visuals and videos will also be incorporated into the Cosmic Mass.
6. Workshop Management: Communicate with workshop leaders about rooms, materials, set-ups, and time slots before the gathering, then direct workshop leaders and participants to the workshops during the gathering.
7. Six Essentials" Room Installations: Collect art materials, quotes, chalk boards, markers, magazines, etc. for participants to create a space reflective of the Essential being explored in the six rooms. Decorate in a way that invites others to add on.
