General Ministry and Facility Improvements Survey
The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is conducting an archdiocesan wide fundraising campaign called "IGNITE" to focus on key areas including Catholic School Education, the St. Mary Seminary, the Lay Ministry, a Future Disaster Relief Fund, and the Rebuilding of Parishes and Schools from Harvey. Here at Mary Queen, we also recognize areas that need improvement as it relates to our ministries or facilities. The "IGNITE" campaign offers an opportunity to combine efforts for Parishes to also fundraise for their campuses. We have therefore created a committee to evaluate our current and future needs and, with your help, determine areas that require improvement to encourage growth and participation of our Parish.

In 2007, Mary Queen Catholic Church developed a Master Plan to serve as an overall guide for future growth of the campus. Included in the Master Plan were a new church, renovations to the old church to accommodate parish administration and an auditorium, improvements to the parish life center, and a new multi-purpose building with meeting rooms. Before any major campus improvements, the Master Plan is being reviewed and tested to assess the current and future desires of the Parish. This questionnaire is an opportunity for the Parish to communicate to the Master Plan Committee and the architect ideas or needs that would better serve the community as they continue to advance the Master Plan.
