SBPS Catholic School Effectiveness Parent Survey
Progress:

The purpose of this survey is to receive feedback regarding the effectiveness of St. Benedict Preparatory School based on the National Benchmarks for Catholic School Effectiveness published by the National Catholic Education Association.
Please read each statement and choose the response that most closely matches your opinion. Please answer each question as best as you can.  You may provide comments for each statement as you feel necessary. You may also share comments at the end of this survey.

(In early 2012, the Center for Catholic School Effectiveness, School of Education, Loyola University Chicago brought together a national committee of Catholic educators to develop adult and student stakeholder surveys for the Defining Characteristics and the Standards and Benchmarks. The questions in this survey reflect this work.)
