Dear Potential Presenter,

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Illinois Theatre Association's 3rd Bi-Annual Statewide Community Theatre Festival, It'll Play in Peoria, Illinois AACTFest at Peoria Players Theatre and the Peoria Park District in Peoria on March 29-31, 2019. We appreciate your willingness to share your time and expertise!

We are seeking presenters able to address a broad range of topics of interest to community theatre members throughout Illinois. Our anticipated audience of more than 100 actors, directors, technicians, administrators, etc., will represent theatres of different sizes and budgets. Some will be housed in a church basement. Some will own a state-of-the-art facility. Some will reside in rural areas while others come from highly populated communities.

The ideal workshops will be 60- to 90- minutes in length and allow time for q&A. We will also be looking for presenters to serve on various q&a panels or serve as roundtable discussion guides.

Please know that because the ITA is an all-volunteer organization, presenters for this event are not compensated. We ask that presenters register for at least a portion of the Festival (there are one-day, two-day, and three-day options), as their presence throughout as experts is extremely important. Should you be selected, you will be presented with a tax donation certificate for your services (if requested).  You will receive special recognition at our Sunday Awards Luncheon as well. You may also receive CPDU credit as a presenter, if applicable.

If you have any questions, contact Aimee-Lynn, ITA Executive Director, at (or 312-265-5922 x1)
