The purpose of the RHCA legislative initiative is to support the following:
  • Advancement of minority, women and small contractors in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) industry through enhanced and effective HUB and Civil Rights initiatives
  • Economic development initiatives that promotes the creation of jobs and contract opportunities
  • Growth of key industries, including transportation and construction
  • Education and vocational training for professional and construction service professionals
  • Immigration and workforce laws that create a level playing field for all workers
