Let us know what you need for your event.  For example: 
1. Does your event need tables & chairs for your presenters? How many?
2. Does your event need podiums (music stands)? The number you need depends on how many people will be reading at once. If one person reads at a time, you need 1 stand. 
3.  We will not have mics unless our chosen venue has them in-house. Most venues are small and we don't believe mics are needed for every location. If you feel you need a mic, we will do our best to put you in a location where one is available.  
4. If you have other needs that you can not supply (projector, screen) please list them here. We will be in touch. Note that the guidelines ask that event organizers bring their own projector.
