MOKR stands for Mission, Objectives and Key Results. The MOKR framework is a proven way to create a roadmap for you and your business. This framework is powerful and it can be used to help you produce and manage almost any outcome; whether that is business, personal, or otherwise.
The MOKR cycle is based on OKR framework developed by Andy Grove at Intel and popularized by John Doerr. We have used that framework and developed this program based on it. We found that MOKRs operate well on a 90-day cycles, which is long enough to make some major progress on a project, but short enough that the steps to completing the outcome can be more clear.
Upon acceptance into the E4All Program you will be asked to fill out a MOKR and will go through one full cycle of the MOKR process start to finish.

Required 18.

The first step is to creating a MOKR is determining your "WHY". Describe where you would like to be or what you'd like to be different in your life and your company in 90 days that would make a difference to you? *
