About the Conference
Join us in Wilmington for the 2020 Conference On Educational Leadership. We'll be hosting preconference events on Wednesday, March 25 and our signature day and half session on Thursday, March 26 - Friday, March 27. This conference is designed for district and school-based administrators from all facets of leadership and presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity to engage with your peers and learn from school leaders across the state. We're thrilled to announce that this year's opening keynoter is international speaker,  cultural diplomat, and former Hanson guitarist Ravi Hutheesing. Learn more at www.raviunites.com. 
 
Request for Proposals
NCASA requests your expertise in creating exceptional learning experiences for our conference attendees which include district and school leaders, administrators from all facets of leadership, and aspiring administrators.

Sessions will be one hours in length and will be presented on Thursday March 26 or Friday March 27 at the Wilmington Convention Center. A screen/projector, speaker's podium (freestanding or tabletop) or head table, a panelists table where necessary, and base-level sound will be provided by NCASA. Please be prepared to bring your own laptop or other presentation device and the appropriate connecting cords to reach a PC-based system.

We encourage sessions that demonstrate effectiveness as related to an identified need. Past presenters have been successful with the themes listed below, but we encourage you to identify the past year's biggest wins and greatest challenges, and then present your experience to your peers.
