The MNCREW Celebration Awards honor the people and projects who contribute to commercial real estate success in Minnesota. The Celebration Awards align with MNCREW's mission "To ignite the commercial real estate industry through the collective achievements and unique strengths of women" and values of Excellence, Community, Leadership Advancement and Impact.

Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: Friday, October 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
Event: Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Midpointe Event Center
 
Submittal project requirements include:
*    The project does not need to be in Minnesota.
*    The project team as listed on the nomination must include at least one MNCREW member.
*    Project or business transaction must have been completed between September 2018 and August 2019.
*    A project can be submitted in multiple categories as long as it fits the requirements for that category.
 
Excellence in Environmental/Sustainability Award

Summary
The Excellence in Environmental/Sustainability Project award recognizes a project that demonstrates significant, measurable milestones in any of the following:
*    energy efficiency
*    health and wellness
*    sustainable purchasing
*    best practices in waste management
*    best practices in water management
*    sustainable best practices for redevelopment that measurably improve or reduce impacts to natural resources or on behalf of the people that inhabit buildings or communities

This award supports the MNCREW values of Excellence, Leadership, Community and Impact.

Judging Attributes
The judging panel will use the following attributes to rank, review and discuss Excellence in Environmental/Sustainability Project nominations:
*    Degree to which the project met the goals of key stakeholders
*    Number of relevance of sustainable certifications received
*    Newness of innovative strategies or technologies used
*    Success of overcoming obstacles or challenges
*    Impact on the environment, community and/or people
