Board Experience - Experience as a member of a Board of Directors.  Additional value will be offered for leadership on committees of a Board, acting in the capacity of a Chair.

Strategic Planning - Experience with the strategic planning process in participation or facilitation.  Understanding of strong strategic and business planning methods.

Stakeholders - Strong connection with key stakeholders relevant to the current and future success of the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association.  Understanding of stakeholder management and engagement process.

Safety - Experience with development, management, or oversight specific to safety practices.  Knowledge of development training, development and safety culture practices.

Human Resources - Experience managing people, systems management, process and best practices.  Experience leading large organizations or working within a Human Resource team would be beneficial.

Finance - A designation in finance or equivalent experience with contract, liability and risk management.

Legal - A designation in law or equivalent experience with contract, liability and risk management.

Business Technology - A background with information systems, data management, network management, cyber security, and the application of modern technology to improve efficiency.

Operations - Experience with operation management of large facilities in private or public infrastructure. Understanding of life cycle management, operational process and efficiency management. 
 
Branding - A background leading, developing or managing strong brands. Leadership experience in brand positioning, marketing, communication and public relations

Infrastructure DevelopmentExperience with the construction and site development process. A background of leading, managing, or supporting complex multi-purpose developments will be an asset

Economic DevelopmentExperience leading the process by which the economic well-being and quality of life of a nation, region or local community are improved.

Fund Development A background in bringing together a particular cause and the prospects and donors who are willing to invest in the cause.

Safety Management - Strong background in managing safety through organizational goals, policy, structure, planning, accountability and safe standard operating procedure.
