Survey : Questions

The construction industry is full of people who give of themselves freely to the community and others, often without the knowledge of their peers, and often without the recognition that is appropriate to their generosity. PBX would like to honor someone within the construction industry who volunteers in the community. Persons being nominated for this award will have consistently demonstrated qualities of compassion, and service to one or more organizations through volunteer activities. The charitable activities / events or service listed on the application cannot be part of the nominee's job description or duties. The individual cannot receive any monetary or personal benefits from their involvement.

Submission must be a member in good standing with the PBX and have a primary or remote location in the Central PA geographic area.

1.) This individual can be either currently involved in or retired from the construction industry.

2.) Current Board of Directors and immediate family members are not eligible.

3.) Each individual being nominated must be submitted with separate nomination applications.
