Important Information - Please Read

Medication Cleanout™ (MCO) is made possible by volunteers and donations. We have a critical need for sponsors/donations. If you know of a business that might consider donating food for volunteers or funds (used for advertising, medication destruction, and supplies), please contact Robbi arobbi.rivers@ttuhsc.edu.  In addition, volunteers are encouraged to bring a couple of bucks on the day of the event to help pay for food.
Volunteers are needed for Medication Cleanout™ in Abilene on Saturday, March 14th, 2020. Shifts (available first come, first serve) are: 9:30-1:30 and 1:00-5:00. Volunteers must be affiliated with TTUHSC or have approval from Dr. Jeanie Jaramillo and be at least 18 years of age. Due to the nature of the event, no minors shall be present in the volunteer areas. Background checks may be performed.

Please note that a training session will be conducted from 5:30-7:00 on 03/13/2020, the Friday evening prior to the event, at TTUHSC School of Nursing, 1674 Pine, Room 2000. Training is mandatory for first time volunteers and strongly encouraged for repeat volunteers.

If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the following form. The last several items of the form require your initials and the final item requires your full name to attest that you agree to all items on the form.

When you hit submit at the bottom of the form, you will be redirected to a website to choose a shift.  For questions regarding volunteering or changes in your volunteer status, please contact Ronica at ronica.farrar@ttuhsc.edu.
