Refunds will automatically be credited to your account for classes cancelled due to COVID-19. If you would like a refund check or credit applied to your credit card please fill out the information below. A separate refund request must be filled out for each participant/program. 

Please note that Channahon Park District staff are also complying with the 'stay at home' order and may take up to 2 weeks to process your request.
