Due to the continued COVID-19 crisis the NMYAFL BOD has decided to offer refunds of the amount you have paid less administrative fees. Administrative fees are based on the original registration you purchased for your child.
The refund request window will open on July 27th at 10:00am and it will close on August 15th at 6:00pm.

Please complete the following refund request form during this window in order to request a refund for each individual child. All refund request must be made using the refund request form. All refund checks will be available on or after August 31st.

If you received equipment in anticipation of spring tackle season please return the equipment prior to completing this form as the equipment must be returned to the NMYAFL office prior to receiving a refund check.
