A - All Reformer with a light spring working from the front footbar, lunges off the box tower the tower end, and lots of inner-wrapping muscles. Finishes with kneeling pull-ups at the tower.
B - Total Body High-Intensity Cardio and Strength Workout (barrels, dumbells, jumpboards). A perfect balance of core, legs and upper body!
C - Total Tower Workout using the disc, tower springs, and chair (we love the hamstring curls at the end!)
