1) As things begin to open more and we consider re-opening the children's ministry to in-person services, given that social distancing guidelines will be followed, I would be comfortable:

Sending my child to in-person Pre-school (3-4 yrs) services right away.
Sending my child to in-person Junior church (K-3rd) services right away.
Waiting until the beginning of 2021 to send my child back to church.
Waiting until all COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted to send my child back to church.
Participation in outdoor activities only.
What protocols would you like to see in place to feel comfortable sending your child back to in-person services.

Wearing mask throughout the entire service.
Wearing mask until seated, and then allowing children to remove mask during the service.
Maintaining social distance throughout the service.
3) What type of ministry opportunities for kids would you like to see more of?

When in-person services for school-age children resume, what services would your child participate in:

Sunday School
Junior Church during Sunday morning service
Wednesday night services
If you have younger children (birth through preschool), will you bring your school-aged child to services? If we could not offer a program for your birth -preschool aged child, and you also have a school-aged child, would you still bring your school-aged child to participate in the program?

Yes, I will bring my school-aged child to church services when they resume.
No, I will wait until all children's services resume to bring my children.
