Volunteer Requirements:
Volunteers for Medication Cleanout™ events must be affiliated with TTUHSC and be at least 18 years of age. Exception: If you are not affiliated with TTUHSC, you may request approval to volunteer by emailing Dr. Jaramillo at jeanie.jaramillo@ttuhsc.edu.
Due to the nature of the event, no minors shall be present in the volunteer areas. Background checks may be performed.

Important Information - Please Read
Date and time:
Volunteers are needed for Medication Cleanout™ in Abilene on Saturday, October 24th from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM . We will have a limited number of volunteers due to current health and safety restrictions, therefore, all volunteers will need to fill rotating roles that are both inside and outside. We will not be able to provide food due to current health and safety restrictions.  Please plan your meal schedule before or after your shift accordingly. Temperature checks and self-attestation forms will be completed during sign-in at the event.
 
Training:
A virtual, on-demand training session is mandatory for first time volunteers and strongly encouraged for repeat volunteers. The video link will be emailed to registered volunteers on the Wednesday prior to the event.
 
Food:
We are not able to provide volunteers with food or drink during the event due to current safety regulations. Volunteers must bring their own water and refreshments for the day.
 
PPE:
Properly worn masks will be required for all staff and volunteers throughout the event.
