The Gateway Development Corporation (GDC) is preparing a County-Wide Housing Study to determine both present and future housing needs in Washington County, during the next five years. This Housing Study is funded by a Housing Study Grant from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, with matching funds provided by GDC.  An important activity of the Housing Study is to ask you, a local resident, about the housing needs of your Community and the County.
